Property blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct sections of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
